Unheard! Senegalese women have their gums tattooed black to improve their smiles

Women in Senegal are in their quest for beautiful smiles to extreme levels - by tattooing their gums black. Hahaha!!! The procedure was not well known until recently when a photo emerged showing a woman called Mariéme who goes under the needle to do such.

Can you do these? I also heard it prevents their mouth from smelling! Hmmmm!! Chu!!!
